Ambient Recruiting is partnering with a leading Northern Michigan manufacturer that produces high-performance geomembrane liner systems used in environmental protection, construction, mining, agriculture, and large-scale industrial projects across the country.

What You'll Be Doing

In this position, you'll:

• Assist in the production and assembly of large geomembrane liner panels
• Measure, cut, and position materials according to production specifications
• Operate hand tools and production equipment to fabricate and seal materials
• Move, position, and handle large industrial materials throughout the facility
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy
• Prepare completed products for shipping and customer delivery
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Work alongside your team to meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards

What We're Looking For

Successful candidates typically have:

• Comfortable performing physical, hands-on work throughout the shift
• Ability to lift, move, and handle large materials safely
• Willingness to work in both indoor and outdoor environments as needed
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Manufacturing, construction, fabrication, or general labor experience is helpful but not required
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship

This is a physically demanding position where you'll spend the day lifting, moving, measuring, cutting, and assembling large industrial materials. Some work may take place outdoors depending on production needs, and you'll be on your feet for most of the shift.
