What You'll Be Doing
As a Medical Production Operator, you'll:
- Perform repetitive production tasks in a cleanroom manufacturing environment
- Dip blades and medical components into silicone materials
- Inspect products to ensure consistency and quality
- Follow detailed production procedures and cleanroom standards
- Maintain strict quality and cleanliness requirements
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and production-ready
- Support daily production goals while maintaining high quality standards
- Follow all workplace safety and manufacturing procedures
What We're Looking For
Successful candidates typically have:
- Strong reliability and dependable attendance
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistent quality
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and established procedures
- Comfortable working in a cleanroom manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, including THC testing
