What You'll Be Doing
As a Production Associate, you'll:
- Assemble mechanical components and finished products
- Accurately read and use a tape measure throughout the workday
- Safely operate hand tools and powered hand tools
- Learn to operate industrial manufacturing equipment through on-the-job training
- Assist with inventory management for raw materials and finished goods
- Package and prepare completed products for shipment
- Inspect products to ensure quality and accuracy
- Lift and move materials weighing up to 55 pounds
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Work with your team to meet daily production goals
What We're Looking For
Successful candidates typically have:
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure
- Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift up to 55 pounds throughout the workday
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Manufacturing, assembly, construction, warehouse, or mechanical experience is helpful but not required
- Positive attitude and commitment to producing quality work

This is a physically active manufacturing position where you'll spend your day assembling products, using hand and power tools, moving materials, and preparing finished goods for shipment. You'll be on your feet for much of your shift and should be comfortable lifting up to 55 pounds while working in a production environment. If you enjoy building things, learning new skills, and seeing the results of your work at the end of each day, you'll fit right in.
