Ambient Recruiting is partnering with a growing Northern Michigan cold storage and logistics company to hire Warehouse Associates for immediate full-time openings. This role is essential to keeping products organized, customer orders moving, and warehouse operations running efficiently.

What You'll Be Doing
In this position, you'll:
- Receive, sort, and organize incoming products
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Load and unload products safely and efficiently
- Assist with inventory organization and warehouse accuracy
- Follow food safety, warehouse, and quality procedures
- Work in refrigerated warehouse environments as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Support shipping, receiving, and general warehouse operations
- Work closely with your team to ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on time
What We're Looking For
Successful candidates typically have:
- Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or distribution experience is helpful but not required
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Comfortable working in refrigerated warehouse environments
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to remain active throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

This is an active warehouse position where you'll spend your day receiving inventory, preparing customer orders, moving products, and keeping the warehouse organized. Portions of your shift may be spent in refrigerated storage areas, so you'll need to be comfortable working in cooler temperatures.
