Formerly operating as VTE World, the Pellston facility continues a long tradition of manufacturing excellence, producing high-quality molded products with a strong commitment to precision, innovation, and reliability.

What You'll Be Doing
- Operate and monitor injection molding machines throughout the production process
- Remove molded parts from machines and inspect them for quality and accuracy
- Identify and remove defective parts according to quality standards
- Pack, label, and prepare finished products according to production requirements
- Complete daily production records and required documentation
- Follow established safety procedures, quality standards, and work instructions
- Communicate production concerns, quality issues, or equipment problems to supervisors
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Support efficient production flow and assist with additional duties as assigned

What to Expect
