Ambient Recruiting is partnered with a school in the Detroit area seeking dedicated Paraprofessionals to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting students and teachers in a collaborative, mission-driven educational environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide classroom support to teachers and students.
- Assist students with academic, social, and behavioral needs.
- Support small group and one-on-one instruction.
- Help maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
- Monitor student progress and communicate observations to the teaching staff.
- Assist with classroom preparation, organization, and daily activities.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting preferred.
- Passion for supporting student growth and success.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, students, and families.
- Reliable, patient, and adaptable.
