Ambient Recruiting is partnered with a great company in Caledonia, MI, who is looking for a full-time general packer position for 1st shift. General Packer will be responsible for sorting and packaging salad greens into plastic bags and plastic containers. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

General Packer Responsibilities:
- Pick salad greens and pack into plastic containers
- Follow food and health safety guidelines
- Stand for 8-10 hours a day
- Work in a repetitive and fast-paced environment
General Packer Qualifications:
- Work in 36-38 degrees weather
- PPE is provided (hair/beard nets, smocks, shoe covers, and food handling gloves)
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and a positive attitude
- Previous food manufacturing / production experience
- Be able to work well with and motivate a team
- Have great attendance and punctuality
